Our approach to change management flows from our view that it is the absence of shared awareness of the drivers and levers of change among the organisation stakeholders that causes a reactive approach to change - as an issue or problem to be 'managed'. We assist your organisation to take a proactive approach to change by developing engaged stakeholders, especially your people, who understand the key drivers of change and develop anticipatory approaches. We use a process that uses the awareness-attention-action cycle to create an understanding of the personal and cultural filters that stand in the way of seeing emerging trends and developing creative pathways to take advantage of them.
