We provide personal coaching services focused on job roles.

Our approach is based on recognising and validating the manager's existing experience, skills and knowledge. Our aim is to improve a manager's versatility in differing contexts, and focuses mainly on attitude awareness as the starting point.

We initially provide insights, skills, processes and tools that will enable the manager to explore the underlying attitude, patterns and habits that drive their own behaviour: to develop self-insight.

We then engage the manager in developing an understanding of the reality of the context in which they are operating (results, reputation) as a basis for developing their own personal intent (vision, goals) specifically so they can identify an action-learning task: to develop self-direction.

The final element of our approach is on the interactions with others who need to buy into (or shape) the manager's intentions and how these interactions can be managed through developing new skills and behaviours: to develop context versatility.

The benefit of our approach is that the manager can build on their existing experience by attaining greater self-awareness and other awareness as a foundation for developing their leadership contribution. Our approach creates a non-threatening way for managers to seek and act on multi-rater feedback on their leadership practices, after they have an understanding of their preferred or habitual patterns of behaviour. Taking this approach positions feedback as valued information to learn from rather than criticism to defend against.
