The Storwars program is structured to suit the learning objectives of the participants. The basic program is designed to run over three and a half to four ‘long’ days. The program provides for three content sessions that can be specifically customised to reflect the key business learning objectives and may include topics such as strategic brand management, cooperative manufacturer and retailer strategy, leveraging and sharing knowledge, team skills and e-business.
The three customised learning modules (highlighted in bold italics) can be designed to suit the learning outcomes required for the specific participant grouping. They will be designed specifically around the complementary learning outcomes that are required. These modules may require specific presenters from within or outside the organization, to be briefed. Topic briefs are available for these modules.
