Leadership is about the interaction between intention, meaning and doing.
COGDELL consulting Asia Pacific has created The Centre for Perceptive Leadership, as a collaborative network of like-minded consultants, through which we provide a comprehensive approach to leadership development based on living social systems theory. We offer a customisable Perceptive Leader Program using our unique Leadership Development Map© and supported by our on-line research based Leadership Practices Report (click on Sample Report below) and easy to use Leadership Development Guide.
Leadership practices are the single most important determinant of organisational culture. Culture is the "meaning container" of our at work conversations.
Our leadership development model reflects the five core leadership capabilities that determine the focus of at work conversations:
Leadership is context specific so we customise our leadership development focus on your business as the case study, using a range of practical tools that support real time learning, and in particular transfer of their application back into your day to day business conversations.
We bring significant insights into context relevant emerging social, technological, economic, environmental and political trends to the learning experience based on our connection to global knowledge and futuring networks.
You can view our Leadership Development Map© by clicking on the attachment below.
The customisable Perceptive Leader Program is conducted over six days (three two day workshops over a four to eight week period). The program is based on well established Business School methodologies and is designed to move the mindspace of participants from operational problem solving to strategic innovation and action by developing the five living social systems leadership capabilities mentioned above.
A customisable format for our 3 x 2 day Perceptive Leader Program is shown below;
